Job Summary

The program manager is responsible for leading the development and support of the world championship racing motorcycle program. The role manages critical path, risk, resources, maintenance, operations, budget, culture, engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver the racing series on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Own program/project and series health for new H‑D spec series within the world championship (MotoGP™).
• Manage program targets, requirements, approvals and execute program to deliver requirements and metrics for success.
• Build strong connections with cross‑functional peers.
• EU‑based location manager for all racing motorcycle maintenance and logistics between championship rounds.
• Manage team of technical specialists (mechanics) responsible for racing vehicle maintenance and repairs.
