Work in a dedicated, cross-functional squad to identify and solve a range of current and new user needs that will create value for them and for Cleo as quickly as possible
Align design vision and KPIs, and help to raise the bar for design quality and consistency on the Growth pillar
Drive the long-term growth of Cleo products and features through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimise product experience
Influence strategy and roadmaps through using data and insights to understand trends in user behaviour and product usage
Execute on growth initiatives through designing high quality and impactful user experiences and journeys to land impact on product goals
Maximise the teamβs impact and learnings through a test, learn, iterate design process
