ROLE OVERVIEW Lendingpot is looking for a Lead, Personal Loans to drive the growth and operational performance of our personal loans business. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end personal loan function, including sales performance, lender relationships, customer conversion, team management, process improvements, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital lending environment.
