Position Summary:

The Lead Outreach Coordinator works to ensure the delivery of quality outreach services to WestCare Kentucky, our community partners, leaders, and stakeholders in designated service areas. This role coordinates with local community agencies on events and meetings and directs communicates with staff accordingly.



Essential Job Functions:


+ Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, client referral program, and referral network data base.

+ Direct Outreach coordinators on maintaining the referral data base to reflect current community partners and stakeholders and report the current database to Regional Vice President.
