Requirements:

- Graduate of any 4 year Business Course

- Preferably with experience in the transfer of titles including dealing with BIR, Register of Deeds and Assessor's Office

- Residing near or in Makati

- Salary commensurate to qualification

- Team Player

- Knows Excel



Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.

Coordinate between departments to streamline processes.

Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational metrics.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
