This position serves in a Lead role and provides nutrition services according to professional standards to assigned area(s). Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision and values of Logan Health.

Qualifications:
+ Minimum of one (1) year experience in health care or food service setting required.
+ Possess ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures required. Possess ability to follow recipes and production sheets required.
+ ServSafe certification or food handlerβs certification preferred and must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire.
+ Proficient knife and equipment skills required. Possess knowledge of patient diets preferred.
