Summary This position is located at the Veterans Administration Medical Center at the Central Virginia Veterans Healthcare System, Richmond VA and the position is located in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The Lead Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position serves as a Lead Clerk for all assigned Medical Support Assistants (MSA) and Advanced Medical Support Assistants (AMSA) and works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model. Responsibilities Duties associated with the position include, but are not limited to: Incumbent interfaces and collaborations with the larger health care system providers including VA and non-VA specialists, hospitals, diagnostic and treating facilities, and community-based programs to best meet the needs of the service.
