Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mechanical system design and coordination for HVAC, firefighting,
plumbing, water supply, and gas systems.
- Manage large-scale high-rise building projects from concept design through construction.
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Revit (BIM) and coordinate with other
disciplines.
- Perform mechanical load calculations, equipment selection, and prepare
BOQs/specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP teams to ensure integrated
design.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, review shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions.
- Ensure all mechanical designs comply with international standards and local building codes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
