**What You Will Do**

+ Develop and maintain strong expertise in India’s reimbursement ecosystem, including PMJAY, CGHS, ECHS, and key state health schemes.
+ Track and analyze updates in package pricing, empanelment norms, and policy changes impacting medtech access.
+ Map and assess the private payer landscape, including insurers, TPAs, and reimbursement frameworks.
+ Support engagement with private payers to expand coverage and improve reimbursement for advanced technologies.
+ Partner with internal teams to build value dossiers and economic arguments aligned to payer requirements.
+ Assist in generating and consolidating clinical and economic evidence to support access and reimbursement discussions.
+ Contribute to submissions and engagement with bodies such as HTAIn where applicable.
+ Support stakeholder engagement across policymakers, hospital administrators, payers, and industry associations.
