To manage the Clientèle Telesales leads acquisition strategy by on-boarding and managing lead partners, managing lead delivery and supporting campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate Operational strategy in relation to Marketing on lead distribution with analytics.
• Report hourly, daily, weekly and monthly to business on findings.
• Effectively managing the support team (Quality Assurance) and ensuring KPI’s and SLAs are met.
• Manage supplier relationships by tracking and reporting on budgets, lead volumes and campaign performance.
• Assist with monthly invoicing.
• Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly supplier reviews.
• Monitor conversion and report to stakeholders for the Marketing and Telesales departments.
• Monitor key metrics on campaigns – Cost per Lead, Cost per Sale and First Premium Unmets.
