Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a Fitness Manager On Duty to join our team. As our new Fitness Manager on Duty you will:
+ Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
+ Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations.
+ Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean.
+ Supervise and monitor the exercise floor.
+ Provide customer service support to team members and members, including membership enrollments, terminations, and general inquiries.
+ Available to address and resolve member comments and concerns.
+ Manage and oversee multi-site MOD scheduling.
+ Other duties as assigned.
