Summary The goal of Medical Disability Examination Office (MDEO) is to provide program oversight of the contract examination process, to include monitoring vendor performance of compensation and pension (C&P) examinations, all aspects of contract administration and financial management of the program. This position is in the VBA MDEO contract administration program office. The office is responsible for monitoring the MDEO compensation program for the purposes of analysis and accountability. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Lead a team of management and budget analysts. Provide position management advice and recommendations to program office management; to include providing advice on the distribution of workload among team member, and the skills mix, or categories of employees needed to do the work.
