Summary:

Heather Glen Townhomes I & II has a great opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our 272-unit residential apartment community. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc.
