Karya Property Management is looking for a Lead Maintenance to join the team at our Music City Flats property! This is a 145 unit property. This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.

The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects.

Responsibilities:


+ Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units

+ Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employees

+ Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

+ Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members

+ Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property
