Become a Store Loss Prevention Lead at SportChek and protect our assets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in implementing loss prevention strategies across the store.
Reporting to the Store General Manager, you'll focus on minimizing losses by being proactive on the sales floor during critical hours. You will help secure products and logs incidents while training associates to recognize loss prevention hotspots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee loss prevention initiatives on the sales floor
• Ensure compliance with LP product security standards
• Be present during high-risk moments for extra monitoring
• Log any incidents for management review
• Train staff on LP awareness and protocols
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of retail experience
• Minimum of 12 months in loss prevention or security training
• Proven ability to train and mentor
• Physically fit to lift products up to 50 lbs
