The Lead Line Cook position will assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine by organizing the team, doing line checks, monitoring prep, and providing positive leadership.
This can be a high volume kitchen so experience with a faster pace kitchen is helpful.
Experience in higher end kitchen is preferred, but not necessary for this role. An eagerness to learn and develop skills under our chefs is crucial.
