Description
As Lead, Licensing & Regulatory Affairs for Africa, you'll own the development and execution licensing strategy across much of the region—from securing satellite earth station authorizations to electronic communications service compliance, and to shaping NGSO-related regulations at national, regional (e.g., ATU), and international (e.g., ITU) levels. You'll be the regulatory expert who turns complex compliance challenges into competitive advantages both in the near term and looking well into the future.

Key job responsibilities
Drive Licensing Strategy: Develop and execute licensing plans across African countries, securing authorizations for satellite systems, gateway stations, user equipment, spectrum use, and service provision.

Shape the Regulatory Environment: Engage with regulators, trade associations, and industry stakeholders to advocate for favourable policies related to NGSO systems, spectrum access, and space sustainability and safety.
