Detailed Overview

Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health: Reporting to the Manager, Learning Health Systems & Knowledge Exchange, Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU), the Lead, Knowledge Exchange, MHSU is responsible for supporting and coordinating the strategic dissemination and application of research, best practices and innovations in the Mental Health and Substance Use program. Consults with the MHSU leadership, management team, staff members and patients and clients to ensure effective translation of promising evidence into action for practitioners, decision-makers, and the public. Provides leadership related to knowledge exchange including evidence-informed change management, practice development, and developmental evaluation. The Lead, Knowledge Exchange may be assigned to support time-limited projects in other areas of MHSU services in Fraser Health.
