As part of our ambitious growth, we are hiring a Lead Investigator EMEA for our ABB Motion business area (BA). In this role you are accountable and responsible for overseeing all Severity Level 3 integrity and all Severity Level 1‑3 HR investigations for the EMEA region for the Motion Business (MO). You will partner with Division, Country Legal & Integrity and Human Resources colleagues, as well as other partners and stakeholders, to effectively investigate and remediate various integrity and workplace issues such as theft, T&E concerns, conflict of interest, harassment, bullying, workplace respect and fairness, and alcohol or substance abuse.
