Lead a small on‑site team to manage and deliver installation projects, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence while coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and line‑manage a small team on site and in the depot to ensure timely completion of work.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third‑party stakeholders, both onsite and digitally.
• Deliver and support training initiatives for your team and others as needed.
• Ensure your team’s work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specifications, and on schedule.
• Manage and ensure attendance at site, maintaining organised and accurate stock for installations.
• Support service and contract requirements with out‑of‑hours availability.
• Promote health and safety practices within the team and provide reports as necessary.
