Summary About the Position: The purpose of this position is to serve as the Lead Human Resources Technician (OA) responsible for directing and guiding 3-5 Human Resources Technicians in GS-0203-06 or military equivalent. Incumbent of this position provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership to the Processing Element of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). This position will be filled on a permanent basis. Responsibilities Provide routine technical assistance or training to users of automated personnel database systems. Brief applicants on processes or procedures pertaining to their organization. Maintain databases to ensure accurate tracking or recordkeeping.
