Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Overview

As a Lead HR Business Partner at JazzWorld, you will understand business challenges related to people and provide solutions with HR teams and Centres of Excellence, aligning with the organization’s objectives and values.

You will collaborate with multiple functions, regularly interact with CXOs, line managers, and the wider employee base within your domain, ensuring effective execution of frameworks, strategy, and enhanced people pulse. The role reports directly to the Head of HR Business Partnership and leads a team of two.
