Position Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented HR Lead to drive Talent and Performance at Atyeti. This role will partner closely with business and HR leadership to strengthen performance management, talent development, retention, and workforce effectiveness.
What This Role Will Own:
- Strategic Goal Alignment: Collaborating with senior management to link individual employee goals (OKRs) to the overall organization strategy.
- Continuous Performance Management: Lead end-to-end performance management processes from goal setting, reviews, to tracking KPIs, conducting 360 -degree reviews and one-on-one check-ins in mid-year reviews, and conducting annual performance appraisals
