Position Overview
As Lead HR Manager, you will be a business partner to drive HR excellence in alignment with business goals. Your role is pivotal in delivering HR services for the entire employee life cycle, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities - Recruitment: Manage the recruitment and selection process to fulfil talent acquisition needs, including sourcing of candidates and conducting interviews.
- Corporate HR Policy: Work in collaboration with country HR teams (Singapore, China, Vietnam) to lead the initiatives for review, develop and implementation of corporate wide HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and in compliance with statutory requirements.
