JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Lead Gymnastics Instructor CLASSIFICATION:

REPORTS TO: Senior Program Director Non-Exempt

SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Senior Program Director, the Lead Gymnastics Instructor is responsible to provide planning, supervision and oral instruction to gymnastics programs creating a safe, positive, supportive environment for all participants. The Lead Gymnastics Instructor will promote the social, cultural, educational, and physical potential of the participants. The Lead Gymnastics Instructor will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and the regulating agencies. The Lead Gymnastics Instructor will display and encourage the character traits of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
