What they will be doing: Lead generation from an existing client base/Cold calling for medical insurance and other campaigns.

What their typical Day will look like:

• Read from a scripted pitch
• Transfer warm leads to the USA team
• Work towards exceeding transfer targets
• Ensure high quality standards are adhered to

Candidate requirements

• Matric
• 12 months outbound sales/customer service/retentions/debt collection/tele sales/lead warming/insurance sales experience (Not essential but preferred)
• International outbound experience with sales/customer service (Not essential but preferred)
• Lead generation experience (as a duty)
• Neutral accent
• Confident/ Persistent
• Must be South African
• Must be available immediately/ must be currently unemployed
