Position Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist identifies, qualifies, and schedules small and medium-sized businesses across Metro Manila for participation in an AI data-collection pilot. This role supports the field recruitment team by building a strong pipeline of qualified businesses through outbound calls, online research, business directories, trade association lists, and local listings.
Key responsibilities
- Source small-business leads across priority categories such as food service, retail, salons, repair shops, workshops, bakeries, laundries, tailoring shops, and other hands-on businesses.
- Conduct outbound calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email outreach to business owners and managers.
- Explain the project clearly, including purpose, equipment provided, payment model, privacy expectations, and business responsibilities.
- Qualify businesses based on task fit, location, worker availability, recording feasibility, and willingness to participate. <...
