About the Role
This is a hands-on lead generation role supporting business development and recruitment operations. You will work closely with a small, fast-moving team to drive business growth and hiring delivery through effective lead generation and recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads using LinkedIn, Google, job portals, company websites, and other online sources.
- Research prospects and build lead lists.
- Support outreach campaigns and track follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
- Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn messages, email, and other communication channels.
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of Opal, the companyβs AI recruitment platform.
