Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Executive with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, lead acquisition, and campaign optimization. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving conversion performance, and scaling digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
- Generate high-quality B2B/B2C leads through: Paid campaigns, Landing pages, Retargeting
- Email marketing
- Funnel optimization
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as: CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC, Conversion Rate
