About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to play a key role in managing leads, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and CRM processes. This role requires a blend of sales skills, technical tool management, and operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, follow-ups, and nurturing
Schedule and coordinate physical meetings/visits for the CEO with qualified prospects
Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
Maintain consistent communication with leads to move them through the pipeline
