We are seeking an experienced Lead Field Process Engineer to join our onshore oil and gas project team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in process engineering with a strong background in field engineering design/construction coordination and ADNOC project experience.

This role requires a technically strong professional who can act as the interface between the design and construction teams ensuring engineering intent is maintained throughout project execution while resolving site‑related process issues efficiently.
