**Position Purpose**

The Lead Emergency Room Technician supports, leads and directs ER technician clinical practice. Provides assessment, prioritization and direction of activities to meet the changing unit demands. Following the direction of the Nurse Manager/designee, the lead ER technician assumes leadership accountability for fostering non-licensed direct patient care to neonate through geriatric patients.
