Responsibilities Prepares and standardizes pre-award acquisition and sales packages, ensuring all documentation is developed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency policies, and environmental laws. Leads a team in gathering, analyzing, and defining technical requirements by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including environmental subject matter experts and military service customers. Serves as a subject matter expert on requirements generation, independently developing and refining standardized processes, templates, and guidance for the creation of hazardous waste disposal service contracts. Conducts market research and applies a wide range of analytical methods to improve team effectiveness and work products.
