CBW are currently recruiting for a Lead Engineer to work in a corporate building based in Holborn, London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious, high-specification corporate environment in the heart of London, supporting a well-established on-site facilities team. The building offers a modern, technically advanced workspace and a professional setting with a strong focus on quality and service delivery.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance operations while supporting the delivery of a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme. Working closely with a dedicated on-site engineer, you will coordinate and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) services across the building, ensuring systems operate efficiently and to the highest standards.
