A self-motivated person who gives day to day support and Guidance to the engineering team in their area, they will plan and monitor the maintenance tasks and work in conjunction with the Scheduler for the area to ensure effective and profitable use of the engineering resource for region.
Main duties
To ensure performance and service is in line with compliance and monthly schedules. Respond to customer needs, complaints, and concerns with a sense of urgency as and when required. Complete tool box talks with direct reports providing clear records of completion to the compliance team. Be available for site surveys and installation handovers as directed by your RSM.
