Position Overview

Lead Engineer – Land Infrastructure
We’re expanding our Tauranga team and looking for a Lead Engineer to help deliver complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
You’ll work across transport, land development, utilities, water and government projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical infrastructure solutions. The role combines technical delivery, client engagement, and mentoring junior engineers within a growing regional team.
How You’ll Contribute: 
Deliver civil infrastructure design across roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks and land development projects within transport, water, energy and government sectors
Prepare high-quality technical reports and design documentation to budget and deadlines
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
Support proposal preparation and project delivery across the national Land Infrastructure team
