As part of the Global Customer Support team, this role encompasses advanced technical leadership and collaboration in grid automation technologies. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in protection relay applications, numerical protection devices, and customer-focused training. You’ll resolve critical product issues, design protection applications, and contribute to product roadmaps.
