Overview

The Lead Engineer/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day engineering operations and maintenance activities at a client facility in London. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure optimal building performance while maintaining high standards of service delivery for JLL/Integral clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Operations: supervise all mechanical, electrical, and building services operations, manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, coordinate reactive maintenance responses, and oversee system performance monitoring.
