As an Engineer in the Operations and Policy (O&P), the job holder is expected to assist Dy Director STRMO to develop and implement operational plans and polices that transforms four Capability operations centres namely Cybersecurity Operations, Network Operations, Building and Facilities Operations, Platform Operations into an integrated 24/7 Home Team Sustainment Centre (HTSC) for routine operations, any other Science & Technology support required by the Home Team Departments (HTD) during major operations, and incident management. The Engineer O&P will work closely with the four operation centres to understand existing processes and identify processes that can be integrated across the four operation centres for real‑time detection and mitigation of incidents by the HTSC, as well as timely and accurate reporting to HTX senior management and relevant stakeholders.
