As Lead Engineer at Motus Engineering, you hold full technical responsibility for multiple concurrent projects. Working alongside the Project Leader, you set the technical direction and safeguard both progress and quality. You act as the senior technical point of contact for the client while coaching and directing your engineering team to deliver optimal results.
