Position Overview

Overview 

This role is within the Global Systems & Platforms Team in GHROps. GHROps is a complex organization with global scope over both operational and innovation activities. This role will report to the the GHROPs Systems & Platforms HR Operations Support Sr Manager and will provide operations support and fulfill HCM system requests in accordance with the established global governance process. 
The objective of this role support including activities related to: 
Operations Support/Environment 
Execute incident resolution – systems and integrations (BOOMI, CPI, Integration Center) – partnership with PepsiCo IT 
Employee data mass loads (including load validation) 
Solve incident tickets and documents solutions 
Maintain SOPs and resolve problem cases 
Configuration & Security 
Application configuration & security including – 
Reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures
