The Opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to manage and guide our growing team of senior and junior electrical engineers. As a pivotal leader in our engineering department, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Your extensive expertise in high-power electrical systems, lithium‑ion battery technology, and team leadership will be crucial in driving our projects and our team to success.

The Role

• Location: In‑person in Coquitlam, BC
