WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Lead Electrical Engineer** to join our **Property & Buildings** team in California. This position may be based out of **any WSP office in California** . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer who brings a strong combination of technical leadership, client engagement, and business development experience to help grow our Property & Buildings practice.

This role will actively participate in the full project lifecycle, with a focus on complex building sector projects such as K‑12 education, community colleges, higher education, civic and municipal facilities, and industrial, commercial or institutional developments.
