Job Description

Responsible for the implementation, scheduling and facilitating training content for and to the newly onboarded team members as well as seasoned team members. Continuously renew and create learning strategies that lead to efficient and successful training and skilled outcomes.

Job Responsibility

+ Ensures alignment of the patient experience with the health system's vision, values, objectives, strategic goals and key success factors.
+ Participates in the development of education materials and manuals; participates in the design and development of learning experiences; instruction strategies for new and existing training programs.
+ Facilitates training sessions.
+ Coordinates training program schedules with participants, instructors and facility management.
