The Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as our Lead Education Program Coordinator. This position provides leadership and oversight for both accredited and non-accredited residency and fellowship programs, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding experience for trainees, faculty, and staff. The Education Program Coordinator Lead plays a key role in the day-to-day management and strategic direction of programs. Serving as team lead and acting on behalf of the Supervisor when needed, this position supports program coordinators, mentors staff, and collaborates closely with institutional partners and accrediting bodies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced academic environment, is highly organized, and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
