Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Editorial, Pension Communications, the Lead, Editorial, Pension Communications oversees the production and delivery of internal and external communications supporting OMERS and the broader Pension Services team. The role contributes to company and divisional objectives by developing and executing communications campaigns, leading projects across divisions, and creating engaging content across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit communications products for key audiences, including members, employers, and stakeholders.
- Lead campaigns for key initiatives, managing content, run‑of‑show, email and social promotion, internal alignment and day‑of execution.
- Lead post‑campaign measurement, insights and lessons learned, and recommend continuous improvement and tracking against objectives.
