**_Role Overview:_**

The Lead DevOps Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for building and operating production-scale platform engineering capabilities on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS/GKE). This role drives reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity through standardized platforms, automation, and modern cloud-native practices.
This role combines deep technical execution with leadership, owning platform architecture, enterprise DevOps capabilities, and developer experience initiatives, including Backstage-based internal platforms and AI-enabled delivery systems.

This is a Hybrid Position located in Frisco, TX. We are only considering candidates within a
commutable distance to the Frisco office. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed
basis; when not working onsite, you will work from your home office.
