Position Overview
Key responsibilities: - Lead and execute the development and rollout of brand identity systems across all touchpoints (digital, social, events, print, and advertising).
- Design high-impact visual assets, landing pages, and digital interfaces aligned with the brandβs vision and marketing objectives.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - marketing, product, and content - to bring creative ideas to life.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to designers and external vendors.
- Ensure all designs meet brand, compliance, and technical standards.
- Keep up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Job Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in brand, digital, or UI/UX design, ideally within the fintech space or technology-driven environment.
