Ownership & Execution
Independently plan, scope, and deliver database infrastructure projects and operational improvements end-to-end.Define and maintain standards, runbooks, and best practices for database administration across all supported platforms.Proactively identify and propose improvements to database management processes, tooling, and architecture.Coach and lead a team of technical DBAs to success.Operations & Reliability
Administer, monitor, and optimize production database environments across Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP HANA.Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, backup/recovery strategy, and high-availability configuration.Manage database platforms on both Linux and Windows Server environments.Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for database-related issues.Stakeholder Communication
