Lead Database Administrator – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Job Family: IT.

The Lead Database Administrator will support the Database function globally, acting as a subject matter expert responsible for owning the technical roadmap and strategy for embedding new tools and projects within Johnson Matthey’s Database (Colo, On‑Premise and Cloud) estate. They will ensure that database solutions are fit for purpose, maximize value derived from technology investments, drive technical road‑maps, oversee 3rd line incident and service‑request troubleshooting, and set standards through documented policy and process.
